Each player is permitted to hold only one jilliz account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Each individual may hold only one (1) jilliz account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where jilliz detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect the existence of duplicate accounts, jilliz reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts without prior notice, and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliz account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilliz will never ask for your password via any channel. You agree to notify jilliz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jilliz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jilliz may, at any time, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. This may include providing copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
All jilliz accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your jilliz account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. jilliz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You may only deposit funds that you own and are lawfully entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited. jilliz reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used and to suspend withdrawals pending such confirmation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to deposit funds into your jilliz account, or to a verified payment method of your own that has been approved by jilliz following the KYC process. jilliz does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
jilliz aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically faster. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review periods where KYC verification is pending or where jilliz's risk and compliance team requires further information.
jilliz does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees, over which jilliz has no control.
Any active bonus funds in your account must meet all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those bonus funds can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unwagered bonus amounts may result in the deduction of the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal total.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by jilliz are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
jilliz employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses; placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; using strategies that exploit bonus terms; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. jilliz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are offered at jilliz's discretion and no player has an entitlement to any particular promotional offer.
All games available on jilliz — including live casino tables, online slots, bingo, Tower, Win Drop, and sabong — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) for non-live games, and licensed live dealer studios for live games. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by jilliz or any third party beyond the certified game mechanics.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game failure that affects gameplay or the recording of bets and outcomes, jilliz reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. jilliz shall not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a verified technical malfunction. The decision of jilliz in relation to malfunction disputes is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings (other than winnings lawfully due and payable), loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunities.
jilliz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilliz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilliz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
You may close your jilliz account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or compliance review.
jilliz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jilliz is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority; (c) jilliz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) jilliz ceases to operate or offer services in the Philippines.
Upon termination of your account for cause, jilliz reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and to recover from any remaining real-money balance any amounts owed by you to jilliz. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
jilliz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilliz will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jilliz Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Our support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by Philippine courts and agree not to commence proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
